I was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas before my husband and I made the move to Houston. I worked for a local State Farm agent in Amarillo for 4 years before I earned the opportunity to open up my own office in one of the largest cities in the nation. I say "earned" because becoming a State Farm Agent is not something you can simply buy, it's a business that has to be earned and requires a great passion for helping others. Being that I am a daughter and granddaughter of low-income, hard-working immigrants, I believe that my grit, determination, and dedication for success is a trait I inherited from them, and I am eternally grateful. Owning my own business is a dream come true for my family and I.
